Because over our decades of experience, we’ve been frustrated witnessing project teams deliver amazing products that aren’t embraced by the business simplify because the business people haven’t been part of that project’s journey. There has not been enough engagement.

Meet our team

Nicola Graham

I am an expert in business change management, transformation, and user adoption.

For years I was a project manager, but I switched over to the dark side of business change management quite a few years ago and have stayed there ever since.

I worked as a contractor for many years and during this time I realised that there was an opportunity to bridge the gap between project teams and impacted business colleagues.

It has since been my mission to simplify change management activities so that project teams can embrace the responsibilities and deliver outcomes that would normally require a business change manager.

I am also the Author of Build, Excite, Equip; How to Simplify Change Adoption in Your Projects and Founder of BEE Change Ltd.

Anna Yeomans

I am an expert in business change management and change analytics.

I started my career as a Business Analyst, then qualified as a Project Manager, during my projects I kept noticing the difficulty and barriers project teams were facing when trying to engage the business, and as someone who loves tech and sees the benefits it can give to be people and that I am a natural people person who always wants to help I decided to move over and specialist in Change Management.

I have been working alongside Nic for 4 years, in that time I have rolled out multiple successful projects, given advice and guidance to Nic on her book and helped create these training courses.

So safe to say I am an expert in the BEE Methodology© and will be using it throughout my career.
